Demian Hostetter

Demian comes to Crossroad Vintners following a long and storied career in the food service industry. Demian’s parents have been restaurant owners for many years, and he and his father worked many years together at St. Elmo Steak house. Demian earned his Sommelier Certification in 2009, shortly after joining Crossroad. He is an unabashed Francophile and whiskey fanatic. He also spent 10 years on the road, playing trumpet in a rock band. Demian is a devoted husband, father, and NearEast-sider!

Eric Butler

Eric joined Crossroad Vintners in 2011 after spending time in the US military and earning his degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.  He learned about fine wine and spirits throough first hand experience while working in fine dining while going to school, eventually becoming the beverage manager at Vera Mae's in Muncie. Eric now lives in Indianapolis and works in the Indy and Muncie markets. 

Jeff Fignar

Jeff took on the role of General Sales Manager after a 8 years as a proud Crossroad Vintners Sales Representative.  He hails from the hockey town of Minneapolis, Minnesota, but has proudly called Indiana his home ever since graduating from Butler University. He joined Crossroad Vintners in 2007 after 6 years of work as a restaurant manager in Indy. He is a devoted husband and father. 

Jill Meister

Jill Meister is life long resident of Bloomington, Indiana.  She graduated from Indiana University and began her career at Big Red Liquors where she caught the "wine bug."  She went on to work for 9 ½ years in the Fine Wine Division of a prominent wholesaler, before stepping away to raise her two beautiful daughters with help from her husband, Andrew.  She joined Crossroad Vintners in 2012 returning to her career in wine.  

John Perkins

John joined Crossroad Vintners in 2017, continuing a career in the beverage trade that started in 2007. He lives and works in Evansville and covers the southern tier of Indiana from Metro Louisville to Vincennes.

Kevin Hogan

Kevin makes his home in South Bend, Indiana where he lives with his wife Dawn and two sons, Preston and Kaiden.  He started his career with Indiana Wholesale in 1989 before moving into retail, where he gathered 10 years of experience as GM of Time Square Wine & Spirits, and proprietor of The Vine & Spirits Wines in Mishawaka.  He joined Crossroad Vintners in 2006 and now serves the South Bend, Fort Wayne, and NE Indiana markets. 

Lynda Trimble

Lynda joined Crossroad Vintners in 2016 after starting her career as a brand representative specializing in the on-premise trade. She covers metro Indianapolis and the Southeast corridor along I-74.

Simon O'Grady

Simon moved to the United States from England in 1980, at that time, Mateus was the major focus of his wine awareness -"once a year at Christmas." He developed a 20 year career in the Indianapolis restaurant scene highlighted by 9 years as restaurant manager of Something Different where he maintained a wine list that earn the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence every year.  He transitioned into retail in 2000, eventually becoming General Manager of Kahn's Marketplace (now Vine and Table) from 2003-2005.  In July of 2005, Simon began working for Crossroad Vintners and "beautiful music rang forth from the heavens."  He lives in Indianapolis with his wife Christie and two childern.

Tim Sayles

Tim began working in restaurants at a very early age. He has worked in every facet of the industry, including some of the finest dining rooms in Chicago and Northwest Indiana. He has years of experience with wine and spirits, but also understands the business needs of his clients; he focuses on providing tools to make them successful. He is originally from Crown Point, but now lives in DeMotte with his wife and children. In addition to rooting for Chicago sports teams, he also enjoys jazz, cooking, coaching soccer and restoring old cars.
